"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

That depends on what those requests would be, and whether or not it's something I would like to work on. I'm picky and lazy - the worst possible combination when it comes to requests.
One thing I can tell for sure is that I don't do OCs (maybe with certain exceptions). Canon all the way.
